Working at Camp Henry is perhaps the greatest job in the world. It isn’t for everyone though, and it takes much more than you might think to be a great counselor. The Counselors in Training (CIT) program is a fantastic opportunity to learn to be a counselor. CITs get a real taste of what it means to work and serve on staff by living in the cabins and assisting the staff. The opportunity to be a CIT is limited to a few youth who are both 16 years old and have completed the eleventh grade. Sessions are two weeks long with a Saturday break.
